Where you have expressly consented, consultations conducted through Google Meet or another approved communication platform may be audio and/or video recorded, for clinical documentation, continuity of care, quality assurance, internal review, medico-legal compliance, and investigation of complaints or disputes. Recordings remain confidential medical records and shall not be published, broadcast, or used for advertising or promotional purposes without your separate written consent. Only authorized persons may access consultation recordings.
We treat your personal and medical information as confidential. We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit your personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary for the operation of the Platform or where required by law.
The Platform may use or integrate third-party services including Google Meet, Zoho Payments, website hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, email communication providers, and analytics providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of such third parties. After closure, access to your account may be disabled, and retained information shall continue to be protected under this Privacy Policy and may be securely archived for legal, regulatory, audit, or professional purposes.
By creating an account or booking a consultation, you consent to receive communications from Orisbloom regarding appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, consultation-related communications, follow-up recommendations, prescription notifications, customer support, account updates, and policy changes — sent via email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, or other electronic means. You may opt out of promotional communications where such an option is made available; however, you cannot opt out of essential service-related communications necessary for providing the services.
The Platform is intended to be used by individuals who are legally competent to access and use our services. Where consultations are sought for a minor or an individual unable to provide legally valid consent, the registration, appointment booking, and consent must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or other legally authorized representative, who represents and warrants that they are legally authorized to do so.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or security of such third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own discretion and should review their respective privacy policies.
At present, Orisbloom is intended primarily for users located within India. Where any processing or storage of information involves service providers located outside India, DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP shall take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are implemented, subject to applicable law. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain service providers engaged by us may process information from secure servers located in different jurisdictions.
