These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orisbloom website ("Platform"). By creating an account, booking an appointment, uploading information, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Orisbloom is an online dental consultation platform owned and operated by DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the laws of India, having its registered office at:
Flat No. 3, Ankur CHS Ltd., Near Best Nagar, Goregaon (West), Mumbai – 400104, Maharashtra, India.
Throughout these Terms, "Orisbloom", "we", "our", and "us" refer to DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP.
The Platform provides scheduled online dental consultation services through a registered dental practitioner. Services include:
The Platform does not provide physical dental treatment or emergency healthcare services.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
Orisbloom reserves the right to refuse access or terminate any account found to be providing false or misleading information.
Users must create an account before booking a consultation. You agree to:
You remain solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
You agree that all information uploaded by you, including but not limited to medical history, dental history, X-rays, photographs, reports, prescriptions, allergies, medications, symptoms, pregnancy status, and lifestyle habits, is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The consulting dentist relies upon this information while providing professional advice. Incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information may affect the quality and accuracy of the consultation.
Appointments are available only through the slots displayed on the Platform. A booking shall be confirmed only after successful payment, successful submission of required information, and allocation of an available appointment slot.
The Platform reserves the right to modify appointment schedules where reasonably necessary.
Consultations are conducted through Google Meet. Users are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity, functioning microphone and camera, a quiet environment, and timely attendance. Failure to maintain adequate connectivity may impact the consultation.
The user acknowledges that online consultation has inherent limitations. The dentist may not be able to physically examine the patient, perform diagnostic procedures, or verify all clinical findings remotely.
Accordingly, certain conditions may require physical examination, additional investigations may be recommended, and in-person treatment may be necessary. The dentist reserves the right to decline providing a definitive diagnosis where sufficient information is unavailable.
The Platform is not intended for emergency dental or medical care. Users experiencing severe uncontrolled pain, facial trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, swelling affecting breathing or swallowing, or any medical emergency must immediately contact the nearest hospital or emergency healthcare provider.
Orisbloom shall not be responsible for delays arising from use of the Platform during emergencies.
Where clinically appropriate, the consulting dentist may issue a digital prescription. The dentist retains complete professional discretion regarding whether medication should be prescribed, type, dosage, duration, and follow-up requirements. No user is entitled to demand a prescription.
The consulting dentist may recommend clinics or specialists for further evaluation or treatment, based upon professional judgment. Users remain entirely free to consult any dentist or healthcare provider of their own choice. Any subsequent treatment provided by third-party clinics shall be independent of the online consultation.
Consultations may be audio and/or video recorded with the patient's consent for purposes including clinical documentation, quality assurance, legal compliance, and professional record keeping. Such recordings constitute confidential medical records.
Consultation fees are displayed on the Platform. Payment must be made in full before confirmation of the appointment. All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Orisbloom does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or internet banking credentials.
Appointments cannot be cancelled by patients once booked. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable. Where a patient fails to attend a scheduled consultation without prior approval, the consultation shall be treated as completed for billing purposes. The consulting dentist may, at her sole discretion, permit a rescheduling of the appointment.
Where the dentist is unable to conduct the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, Orisbloom shall provide a complimentary rescheduling. Where rescheduling cannot reasonably be accommodated, the patient may request a refund in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Users shall not: impersonate another individual; upload fraudulent documents; misuse prescriptions; abuse healthcare professionals; interfere with the operation of the Platform; upload malicious software; or violate applicable laws.
All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, software, layouts, trademarks, designs, and text, shall remain the exclusive property of DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Collection and processing of personal and medical information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP, Orisbloom, its partners, employees and consultants shall not be liable for incorrect information provided by users, failure to follow medical advice, delays in obtaining treatment, internet disruptions, technical failures outside reasonable control, actions of third-party healthcare providers, or consequences arising from incomplete medical information supplied by users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DHANTASTREE DENTAL LLP, Orisbloom, its partners, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, false information submitted by you, or violation of applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts where false information has been provided, fraudulent activity is suspected, abusive conduct is observed, or these Terms have been violated.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, epidemics, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The courts situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
